Are you Struggling with finding enough hours in your day to get everything done? Is your task list so daunting you don’t even know where to start some days?

Small business owners struggle with finding enough hours in the day to get everything done, and often end up working way more hours then they ever originally planned. We start our business because we want to have control over the hours we work, and the income that we make, yet it often takes years to get to that point. Well I want to help you realize that this doesn’t have to be the case. With proper planning, and direction you can work the hours you want, and you can get back to what you enjoy most about the “job” you do.

In this hands on workshop you will walk away with valuable tips and a new way of looking at your task list, as well as an answer to the age old question of “Can I afford to hire someone to help me?” This is a workshop you dont want to miss.
